The Math of Liberation

An important distinction: your Absolute Minimum is the average T12 revenue of your Top 100 clients. By mathematical definition, some of your current clients will fall below this number. That's expected.

The Absolute Minimum is not the floor for automatically removing any existing client. Rather, it serves two critical functions:

1. The floor for new clients

It is the standard upon which you should accept any new prospect into your practice. Every new client should meet or exceed this number.

2. The conversation starter with existing clients

It is the threshold you communicate to current clients who fall below the standard — an invitation for them to consolidate assets or increase revenue if they want to remain in your practice.

All three minimum tiers — Absolute, Target, and Accelerated Growth — elevate the growth of your practice and communicate the exclusivity of your service model to clients and prospects alike.
